Ever ended a call home thinking, “But are they really okay?”
Then this is for you.

Some things don’t come through on a call.
A quick “I’m fine” cannot always tell you about meals, mood, movement, or the little things changing at home.
Did they really eat a nutritious meal as the doctor suggested?
Is something small slowly becoming a bigger concern?
What does “I’m fine” actually mean, today?
Who can step in when something needs attention?
Educated and verified associate. Safety ensured.
Not an app. Not a call centre. A real person who shows up, spends time, notices the small things, and keeps you in the loop. Visits are carried by meticulously vetted graduates who are trained in social work. Every visit becomes a reviewed report families can trust.
Presence
A familiar associate your parent gets to know. How they take their tea, what they usually talk about, what feels different this week - trust is built over time.
Observation
MSW-trained associates who can notice patterns. Mood, appetite, medication organization, or whatever you request, observed through real conversation.
Activation
They do more than observe. They help your parents stay connected, with local activities, gentle accountability, and company for things that matter.
Kavitha arrives around 10:30. Meenakshi amma already has the kettle on.
They talk about the grandchildren, the first yoga class amma enjoyed, the temple session she went back to last Sunday.
Kavitha notices she might like a second yoga class booked and sets a reminder to follow.
She notices the medication box, talks about community activities she might like and shares meal ideas based on previous conversations among other things.
The family in New Jersey receives a detailed report.

Plan: Active Living · For: Arvind Krishnamurthy, New Jersey
- Meenakshi amma was cheerful today. She was more talkative than last week and seemed happy that Kavitha came early. She had already made tea and spent a good part of the visit talking about the temple pooja she attended on Sunday.
- We spoke about the grandchildren and her first yoga class, which she enjoyed and wants to attend again. I have set a reminder and will follow up this week to help book another class.
- I checked her medication and refill needs. Her BP medication was running low; an order has been placed and I will bring it during the next visit. We also spent time talking about simple, balanced meals she can plan for the coming week.
- One thing to keep an eye on: she mentioned some light knee discomfort in the mornings. It did not seem urgent, but she brought it up twice, so we will follow up on it during the next visit.

Just a reminder for today:
It’s time to take your BP and Diabetes medication. Kindly take it with a glass of water if you have not already.
