About the service

Most do — because it doesn't feel like a service. It feels like a warm, familiar person visiting for tea and a chat. We introduce the associate gently, and they build the relationship at your parent's pace. No app, no forms for them.

A helper cleans, cooks, or runs errands. Our associates are MSW-trained professionals there for your parent as a person — noticing mood, mobility, nutrition, and connection, then reporting it clearly to you. It's care and observation, not domestic work.

That's completely fine. Our associates are Tamil-speaking and local to the area. Visits happen in the language your parent is most comfortable in — your reports come to you in clear English.

Yes, but we're not a medical service. We observe and note changes, set medication reminders, and can accompany doctor visits. We don't diagnose, prescribe, or provide clinical care. For emergencies, 112 is always the first call.

About visits

We agree on a rhythm that suits your parent's routine and confirm each visit in advance. Your relationship manager coordinates everything, so you don't have to manage logistics from afar.

You'll always have a named backup associate your parent has already met, so continuity is never broken. If a visit needs rescheduling, your RM arranges it and keeps you informed.

Yes. We work around your parent's preferences and yours where we can. Just let your relationship manager know and we'll do our best to accommodate it, subject to capacity.

Every visit is 60–90 minutes. Long enough to be genuinely present and build rapport, structured enough to cover all eight wellbeing domains without ever feeling clinical.

About the report

A plain-language summary after every visit that keeps three things separate: the facts, what your parent shared, and what the associate observed. No clinical scores, no jargon — just a clear picture of how they really are.

Through your family portal and on WhatsApp, usually the same day. You'll also get regular video updates so you can see your parent, not just read about them.

Your relationship manager is one message away. Ask anything about a report and they'll walk you through it. Higher plans include deeper monthly reviews and trend summaries.

About the team

A qualified MSW graduate, police- and reference-verified, trained by us and local to the area. You'll meet them, and you'll know their name — this is a relationship, not a rotating roster.

Mostly, yes. You'll have a primary associate for continuity, plus one named backup your parent already knows for the rare times your primary is unavailable.

Every associate is police-verified, reference-checked, and completes three weeks of training before their first visit. They're supervised fortnightly, and every report they write is reviewed by a relationship manager.

About commitment

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans run for the year but come with two free months. We'll never lock you into something that isn't working for your family.

You can move between plans at any time. As needs grow, you might step up to more frequent visits or add a nutritionist consult; if things settle, you can step down. Your RM helps you decide.
